This agreement is a legal contract between you and Mogu VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile network access application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source code extraction, text translation, derivative development, or misuse of related trademarks is prohibited. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality and should avoid jailbreaking or rooting devices where this may weaken security.
This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.
Service limitations: the App depends on a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by device arrears, data caps, poor signal, roaming charges, or lack of billing authorization. Before using the App, confirm that you have lawful network access and permission from the bill payer where required.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. We work to provide accurate route status and service information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from that information. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and users agree to install current versions when necessary. After service termination, users must stop using and delete the App.
